Tomball ISD announced on its social media pages Feb. 17 that all schools and facilities will be closed through Friday, Feb. 19. Additional communication will follow as power is restored, the district said.

Tomball ISD has extended its closure through Thursday, Feb. 18, meaning no remote learning or in-person classes will take place, the district announced on social media Feb. 16. The district will announce plans for Friday later in the week. The district previously said class days will not have to be made up, as the district will request a waiver from the Texas Education Agency for the inclement weather.
