Ashton Woods Homes, a national homebuilder with over 10 communities in Houston, announced the start of single-family home presales in its newest community, Spring Creek Trails, in Tomball, according to a Dec. 15 news release.

The community, which has 50-foot homesites, offers nine different floor plans, and has one- and two-story options, according to the release. The homes range from 1,740-2,802 square feet, according to the release, with prices starting at $330,000.
Amenities at Spring Creek Trails will include a park with lake views, walking trails and a playground.
