One of the centerpiece retail locations in the mixed-use development, the new Sam's Club location is set to officially open its doors this November.

As previously reported, The Grand at 249 is a mixed-use development set to be completed by the end of 2027. According to a TDLR filing, the Sam's Club construction was originally set to be completed on June 26, but the store confirmed a Nov. 19 opening date on its official social media accounts.
Sam's Club is a membership-based warehouse chain that is owned by Walmart. Sam's Club members have access to a wide variety of benefits including cheaper fuel, members-only pricing and free curbside pickup.
