Median home prices fell in 6 ZIP codes In The Woodlands area in June

The number of homes sold in June 2026 compared to one year earlier decreased in three ZIP codes, increased in four ZIP codes and stayed the same in only one ZIP code in The Woodlands area tracked by Community Impact, according to Christine Hale Realty Group. The 77354 ZIP code, which also makes up a portion of The Woodlands area, is not included in these findings.

Only two ZIP codes saw an uptick in median home price in June out of the eight ZIP codes in The Woodlands area market.

Breaking it down

The data collected from The Woodlands area indicates that homes spent more days on the market on average in six ZIP codes and fewer days in two ZIP codes in June of this year. The fewest number of days was 55 in the 77375 ZIP code.

In June 2025, homes in the 77380 ZIP code spent an average of 16 days on the market. Now, as of June 2026, that number has risen to 119 and become the longest average period of time among the eight ZIP codes recorded.

Something to note

The largest share of homes sold in June, 168 homes, was in the $200,000-$399,999 range, similar to previous months.

The second-most popular range, where a total of 122 homes were reportedly sold, was between $400,000-$599,999. The number of sales in this range has increased steadily over the span of three months, starting back in April, when 99 homes were sold before increasing to 119 in May.
