This does not include the 77354 ZIP code, which is also in The Woodlands area.
Median price was down in all but one ZIP code in April among the eight ZIP codes in The Woodlands market.
Homes spent more days on the market in five ZIP codes in The Woodlands area, fewer in two and the same in one during April, according to the data.
The largest share of homes sold in April, 135 homes, was in the $200,000-$399,999 range, similar to previous months, and 99 homes were sold in the $400,000-$599,999 range, the second-most popular price range.
