Shenandoah City Council met Dec. 13 to discuss appointments to the Shenandoah Municipal Development District, a request for proposals for a human resources consulting services and a memorandum of understanding with The Woodlands Township. In executive session, the council also discussed the city administrator job opening as well as a variety of economic development negotiations. The council did not discuss the fiber-to-home project as stated in the Dec. 13. agenda. All council members were present for the meeting.
