Houston Restaurant Weeks—the annual month-long fundraiser in which local restaurants feature special menus and donate a portion of each meal sold to the Houston Food Bank—is set to kick off in about two weeks. This year’s event is scheduled to run Aug. 1-Sept. 3 throughout the Greater Houston area. Brunches, lunches and dinners range from $20-$45, each generating $3-$7 to provide meals at the Houston Food Bank. Officials released a list of participating restaurants and their menus Sunday, July 15. The full list of restaurants and specialized HRW menus can be found at www.houstonrestaurantweeks.com.
