A Sept. 15 news release announced the Montgomery County Community Foundation awarded a grant to The Woodlands Christian Academy to enhance its fine arts programs while supporting summer enrichment opportunities and professional development for local arts educators.
The impact
Per the release, the grant played a role in The Woodlands Christian Academy’s RISE summer camps which offered music, visual arts and theater experiences for students of all ages.
In addition, the grant provided professional-grade supplies, guest artist instruction and expanded programming.
