Market Street in The Woodlands announces new general manager Noemi Gonzalez

Trademark Property Company has announced Noemi Gonzalez as the new general manager of Market Street in The Woodlands, according to an April 14 news release.

What to know

Gonzalez has been appointed to the position of general manager following the recent departure of former General Manager Jenny Taylor. Gonzalez previously served as the marketing director for Market Street since 2015.

In her new role, Gonzalez will manage day-to-day operations of the 560,000-square-foot mixed-use property, as well as overseeing property staff, budget expenditures, and maintenance and security measures. She will also serve as a liaison between tenants and owners to support the success of the property and help facilitate leasing efforts.

Market Street marked 20 years in the community in 2024.
