Fewer homes were sold in Sugar Land- and Missouri City-area ZIP codes in December compared to December 2024, with 247 homes sold versus 250 last year, according to data from CB&A Realtors.
What residents need to know
Data shows three of five local ZIP codes saw fewer home sales year over year, with ZIP code 77498 seeing the largest percentage decrease in sales at 30.55%. ZIP code 77479 saw the largest increase at 23.33%.
Meanwhile, of the total 247 homes sold, homes in the $200,000-$399,999 price range sold the most frequently, with 113 homes sold.
