Equus Capital Partners Ltd. said it sold One Sugar Creek Center, at 1 Sugar Creek Center Blvd., Sugar Land, to Glazer Properties for an undisclosed price May 17. The 11-story, 193,998-square-foot Class A office building was built in 1983 and renovated in 2017.
