The Signorelli Co. announces Phase 1 builders for Austin Point community

The first phase will also feature The 1824, a 2-acre social hub, according to the release. The 1824 will have a 2,800-square-foot building featuring a cafe, a wine bar and a covered front porch.

The 1824 will also include:

• An outdoor concert and event lawn
• A children’s play area
• A food truck court
• A beer garden

“Fort Bend County has been one of the fastest growing regions in the state for decades, and Austin Point is designed to support the next wave of this growth,” The Signorelli Co. CEO Danny Signorelli said in the release.

About the project

The Signorelli Co. broke ground on Phase 1 of Austin Point in September 2023, Community Impact reported.

Located south of Rosenberg at the future extensions of Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road and the Grand Parkway, Austin Point will be able to support more than 50,000 residents once fully developed and will include over 17 million square feet of commercial space, according to the release.

What’s next?

Model home construction is set to begin in April, with home sales projected to begin in late summer, according to the release. Residents are expected to move into homes later this year.
