It Seams To Be Sew, a quilt studio located on Eldrige Road in Sugar Land, had to close its storefront at the end of November due to a fire at adjoining restaurant, Panda Garden.

According to the business's social media, the store retained water, and had heavy smoke and soot damage in the aftermath of the Panda Garden fire, which resulted in the restaurant's total loss. The quilt studio and fabric store offered classes for beginner to expert crafters as well as sewing machine sales with on-site technicians.
