Primoris Services Corp., a Fortune 500 company providing infrastructure services, will join Sugar Land Town Square as the development undergoes a $12.5 million redevelopment initiative launched in 2025, officials announced in an Aug. 13 news release.

The Dallas-based company signed a 25,352-square-foot lease for the eighth floor of Town Square One, per the release. The office location will serve as a new space for its leadership team, said Nataly Torres, a media representative for Sugar Land Town Square and Rebees, its managing company.
The new office will join two other locations in the Houston area, including a pipeline facility in South Houston and an office in The Woodlands.

Zooming out
The redevelopment initiative—which aims to make the development more attractive to businesses, residents and visitors—includes a refreshed lobby and entry experience at Town Square One as well as a new lobby, upgraded elevator interiors and a centralized suite of hospitality-inspired amenities at Town Square Two.
The new amenity offerings will be centered by The Work Club at Charlie’s, which will be located in Town Square Two and is expected to be completed by spring 2027, per the release.
The tenant lounge and conference center is designed for working, meeting and gathering with private and semi-private meeting spaces and a mother’s room. The suite will also include a fitness canter and cage.
