Pearl Dynasty, a Houston-based Chinese restaurant, will relocate to a new location in Sugar Land.

The store will move from its current location at 19828 Southwest Freeway to Phase II of the University Commons shopping center in Sugar land, said Dana Garnett, senior vice president of Vista Companies, the developer of the center.
Pearl Dynasty also has a location in Pearland, and both locations have been open since 2000, according to its website. The restaurant serves specials such as peking duck and peking-style pork chops, as well as offers delivery services after 5 p.m.
