LoTy Beauty Retreat offers an intimate hair salon experience with five chairs and consultations for personalized services, per the business' website. The Missouri City salon specializes in hair coloring but also offers Brazilian blow outs, hair cuts and shampoo services.
What's changing
Owner Kelsey Anderson converted the space to offer booth rentals and in-person education in early June, she said. The salon celebrated with a grand opening at the end of August.
"Our goal is to be an event hub to further education for our community of beauty professionals as well as events for the community, such as hairstyling [workshops that teach you] to get salon-quality hair at home," Anderson said.
