Frogs Snails and Fairy Tales owner Mark Fallet said he plans to open the children’s imagination, exhibit and play center in early August at 350 Promenade Way, Ste. 450, Sugar Land. Catering to children and toddlers, the facility enables children dress up as fairies, princesses, knights, jesters and wizards and play around a mini town center decorated like fairy tale books. Free play opportunities will be Mon.-Thu. 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Fri. 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and select weekends.
