PJ’s Coffee officials offered a new opening date for the chain’s two Missouri City locations.
The two locations are still under construction but are set to open this year, Samantha Babbili, public relations coordinator with Champion Management, said in an email.

The New Orleans-based coffee chain will serve hot and cold brew iced coffee, teas and blended frozen drinks and smoothies. The shop also serves various pastries, including beignets, muffins, scones and bagels, according to the menu.
