A grand opening celebration was held for The Everstead at Windrose townhome community in mid-May. The single-family community began leasing in October, according to an April 22 email from management.

The Everstead at Windrose is a gated community featuring one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom townhomes for rent. According to the community’s website, The Everstead at Windrose features 194 townhomes and amenities such as:

  • A fitness center
  • A dog park
  • A pool
  • A resident clubhouse
  • A children’s playground

Construction on the community began in October 2022, as previously reported by Community Impact.
