Tonkotsu Ramen Shop, located at 10111 Louetta Road, Ste. 800, Houston, will host a soft opening Nov. 2, to be followed by a grand opening celebration Nov. 8. The eatery will offer build-your-own ramen along with its signature noodle options. The eatery is the sister company of U’Maki Sushi Burrito. “All broths are made from scratch and simmered for a minimum of 24 hours with our executive chef bringing flavors direct from Japan,” owner Byron Lee said.
