As part of the ongoing Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality project, or CMAQ IV-Phase IA, construction is underway on a series of improvements on Spring Cypress Road between Telge Road in Cypress and Louetta Glenn Drive in Spring. The project will improve 25 intersections and install four new traffic signals along the corridor.
