Local authentic Mexican restaurant ALTIRO Mexican Fast is set to open this fall, business owner Juan Pablo Villalobos said.

The details

The restaurant offers a fast-casual dining experience, focused on the flavors of Mexico City, Villalobos said in a statement. ALTIRO Mexican Fast will offer al pastor, carnitas, red and green rice and salsas.

Villalobos said he grew up “on Mexico City’s food.”

“Most Mexican fast-casual restaurants in the U.S. are really Tex-Mex, inspired by Mexico,” Villalobos said in a statement. “ALTIRO is from it. Authentic in the food, irreverent in the brand.”
