General contractor Yasad Construction has completed a new building for multiple retailers in north Houston, according to a Dec. 8 email from the company. The building is owned by North Oaks LLC and will be home to multiple tenants, including a Chipotle. An opening date for the Chipotle and other shopping plaza tenants had not been announced as of press time.
