The community was designed with one mission in mind—expanding access to homeownership while still providing the features and amenities today’s buyers want. With Liberty Hill continuing to add schools, retail centers and improved connections to Austin and Georgetown, Cascade arrives at the right time for families and individuals eager to put down roots.
Small-town charm meets modern access
Nestled along a quiet country road, Cascade captures the spirit of rural Hill Country living without sacrificing convenience. Rolling landscapes, wide skies and dark starry nights offer a sense of peace, while nearby hubs such as Costco, H-E-B and major highways ensure homeowners are never far from essentials.
“[Homeowners will have] all the benefits of a small town and a rural environment, along with the modern amenities people expect from an award-winning builder,” VP of Operations Greg Barber said. “We work hard to design communities that are for the people, so they can really make the most out of living there.”
Floor plans
Cascade offers 14 flexible floor plans that can be personalized to fit any lifestyle, while also providing thoughtfully designed move-in ready options. With layouts offering up to five bedrooms, homeowners can enjoy the extra space for a growing family, a home office, a gym or a guest suite. Nearly half of the plans are single-story homes, appealing to both retirees and anyone who prefers stair-free living.

“Our homes aren’t just attainable at the purchase point; they’re built with features designed to deliver value for the life of the home,” Barber said.
Model home and future amenities
Cascade has already opened a professionally designed model home and begun construction on its first five houses. Visitors will find inspiration that feels both stylish and achievable.
“It can be disappointing when people tour model homes and think, ‘These aren’t things I can have,’” Barber said.
To change that, the Cascade model highlights furniture and decor with scannable QR codes, making it easy for buyers to recreate the look. Brohn even provides guides for the home’s standout design walls, giving visitors step-by-step instructions to bring similar features into their own space.

“It's such a beautiful community, and I'm excited for people to have the opportunity to live their lives and build memories here,” Barber said. “From the start, our goal has been to create places where neighbors can come together and feel truly at home.”
Tour the model home
Cascade’s model home is now open for tours and move-in-ready homes are underway. Interested buyers are invited to experience the community firsthand.
