The bank that refuses to put businesses in a box: What they do instead

When businesses in North Texas look for a banking partner, they often need more than a loan or a checking account; they need someone who understands their journey. Pavillion Bank takes a hands-on approach, consulting with existing, profitable businesses to learn their story and provide solutions that match their goals.

“It’s about understanding where [these businesses] have been, how they got here, where they are now and where they want to be,” President and CEO Brad Rejebian said.

Services

Pavillion’s team works with manufacturers, distributors, professional and service firms, real estate companies and more. Their offerings include:
  • Commercial lending for real estate, equipment, mergers and acquisitions, working capital, and much more
  • Treasury management services such as receivables and payables management, fraud protection and payroll solutions
  • Lines of credit to help businesses manage short-term cash flow needs
  • Consultative support on long-term business planning, including growth and succession
These services give businesses the tools they need to grow, but everyday connection is what really sets Pavillion apart.

“A lot of people don’t know their banker, so I think it’s very important to have that relationship and to [know] the first name of [the person] who effectively works for you,” Portfolio Manager Andrew Halphen said.

This focus on personal relationships is also why clients stay. Rejebian pointed out that many have been with Pavillion for decades, a testament to the trust built over time.

The bank’s approach is not about forcing businesses into a pre-set box, but about adapting to their needs.

“We need to stay true to what made these businesses successful and help them within that realm,” Rejebian said.

Real-world examples

That philosophy has played out across industries. One Dallas-based commercial landscaping company first came to Pavillion for financing in the 1980s. Today, the firm manages major projects for school districts and residential developments, and the bank is now helping the owner position the company as it transitions.

Another client, an importer, was able to purchase his company with Pavillion’s support. The bank provided financing for the acquisition, along with treasury services and a working capital line of credit. With those resources in place, the business is now positioned for growth.

A third example highlights a commercial real estate services firm that started in Richardson and, with Pavillion’s backing, has since expanded operations into other North Texas markets.

For Pavillion, success is measured not only in financial outcomes but in the long-term partnerships it builds. By combining flexible services with genuine relationships, Pavillion Bank ensures that every client’s financial path is supported with expertise, adaptability and a true sense of partnership.
