Since January, significant progress has been made, from the construction of model homes to finalizing plans for a community amenity center.
With sales scheduled to begin in early 2026, the development is designed to offer active adults a modern lifestyle that blends Hill Country charm with thoughtfully curated amenities.
The model park, which will showcase the variety of home designs available, is nearing completion, with furniture installation planned for October. A sneak peek event for VIPs is already scheduled for November, offering future residents an early look at the homes and lifestyle on the horizon.
Amenities designed for active living
Plans for the amenity center have also been finalized. The space will be reserved exclusively for residents and will feature the following:
- Clubhouse
- Fitness center
- Golf simulator
- Resort-style pool
- Pickleball and bocce ball courts
- Miles of walking and biking trails
Groundbreaking on the amenity center is expected in early 2026, with completion aligning with the community’s first phase of homes.

While nestled in the Texas Hill Country, Del Webb Austin at Lost Pines has been intentionally designed to feel fresh and modern.
Homes will reflect a range of aesthetics, from sleek and contemporary to warm and transitional, ensuring broad appeal for a diverse group of residents.
“We were very intentional about designing a community that feels current and refined,” Vice President of Sales Ashley Ellis said.
This design philosophy extends throughout the community, from the entryway to the amenity spaces, with the goal of creating a cohesive and welcoming environment.
“It’s about creating a lifestyle that feels inspiring and energizing,” Ellis said. “We want residents to feel proud of where they live, and that starts with a thoughtful design that reflects who they are today—not just where they’re from.”

Future homeowners can join the VIP list for priority access to information and purchase opportunities before the public launch. Members receive updates such as virtual information sessions, floor plans, homesite availability and community previews.
“The VIP list is our way of giving future residents early access to everything Del Webb Austin at Lost Pines has to offer,” Ellis said.
By signing up early, VIPs also secure invitations to limited-capacity events, such as a virtual VIP Information session in October, the November model home preview and the December “Dusty Boots” homesite tour.
The first phase of VIP home releases is scheduled for mid-January, giving participants the earliest opportunity to choose a homesite and purchase their home.
“Most importantly, VIPs will have first access to purchase a home before the official grand opening,” Ellis said. “It’s a way for us to reward early interest and ensure our most engaged future residents get the first look—and first choice—in this exciting new community."

As the development moves toward its sales launch, the excitement continues to build among prospective residents. Quick move-in homes are planned to help early buyers transition into the community with ease once sales begin.
Ultimately, Del Webb Austin at Lost Pines aims to deliver more than a collection of homes. It is being crafted as a place where residents can stay active, connect socially and enjoy a lifestyle tailored to today’s active adults.
