Since January, significant progress has been made, from the construction of model homes to finalizing plans for a community amenity center.

By signing up early, VIPs also secure invitations to limited-capacity events, such as a virtual VIP Information session in October, the November model home preview and the December “Dusty Boots” homesite tour.
The first phase of VIP home releases is scheduled for mid-January, giving participants the earliest opportunity to choose a homesite and purchase their home.
“Most importantly, VIPs will have first access to purchase a home before the official grand opening,” Ellis said. “It’s a way for us to reward early interest and ensure our most engaged future residents get the first look—and first choice—in this exciting new community."
As the development moves toward its sales launch, the excitement continues to build among prospective residents. Quick move-in homes are planned to help early buyers transition into the community with ease once sales begin.
