Music also sets the tone for life at Tuscan Lakes. At Grand Stock ‘25, a live indoor festival modeled after Woodstock, residents sang along with multiple acts, jumping out of their seats with joy.
“They just loved that we brought in multiple talents and multiple sing-along songs,” LT said. “That cultivated the community's energy and how they like to be involved with music.”
Family involvement is equally important. The goal is always to make residents feel at home while keeping their loved ones connected.
“We want to make sure that we incorporate their loved ones at all times, letting them know that this is their home, but their family is also invited here as their extended home,” LT said.
Numerous family members and friends attended the community’s Christmas in July event, and oftentimes, families visit for other celebrations as well. When this happens, residents proudly show off their home and share their experiences with loved ones.
What’s next for Tuscan Lakes?
LT, who has only been with Tuscan Lakes for 90 days, is already brimming with ideas to keep the fun and energy alive. Upcoming activities include a competitive poker tournament for the male residents, Halloween events with local school partnerships and an October hymn sing-along planned entirely by residents themselves.
“We want to laugh as much as we breathe, and that has resonated in our community,” LT said.
It’s this infectious enthusiasm that defines life at Grand Living at Tuscan Lakes. Residents are not only engaged; they’re inspired, connected and excited for what’s next.
“We want to captivate that spark in their eye and keep it there,” LT said. “Sometimes when you move away from something, you lose that spark in your eyes, so I'm always looking to put that spark back in.”
