The Ear Nose Throat Allergy Sinus & Snoring Center and its counterpart Ideal Wellness is bringing a fresh approach to health and wellness in the Spring-Klein community by hosting open house events designed to educate, connect and showcase innovative treatments.

The most recent open house, held earlier this summer, combined refreshments, interactive demonstrations and direct access to medical providers and product representatives.

“It was like a mini medical conference,” owner and otolaryngologist Dr. Franklin Douglis said. “Each person had a table to explain their specialty, and then Sanna and I were in the back offering special pricing on treatments.”

Discounted offerings

One of the most popular offerings was Letybo, a new alternative to traditional Botox from South Korea, for $6 a unit. This promotion will continue to run for people who purchase Secret RF or skin care products.

Other demonstrations included the SkinPen, a microneedling device that encourages collagen production and smooths hyperpigmentation, as well as Secret RF, which combines microneedling with radio frequency for deeper skin rejuvenation.

Attendees also learned about platelet-rich plasma therapy, where a patient’s own plasma is applied after microneedling for enhanced results.

“It is really able to penetrate the skin allowing it to make new collagen, thicken and smooth out fine lines,” Douglis said.

Guests also had the chance to learn about medical-grade skin care from Revision, a line that offers higher potency ingredients than over-the-counter products. To encourage guests to try these products, the practice offered exclusive open house discounts on Revision skin care—a deal that proved to be a big draw.

“Revision has studied what really causes fine lines, wrinkles and thinning skin,” physician assistant Sanaa Peer said. “Their products target the dermal-epidermal junction, the layer that connects the surface of your skin to the deeper living layers. When that connection weakens, that’s when aging shows. Strengthening it makes all the difference.”

The open house also highlighted wellness treatments such as bioidentical hormone therapy delivered through small pellets. Inserted under the skin, these pellets gradually release testosterone or estrogen over several months.

“Pellets support bone health, brain health and mood,” Douglis said. “They’re a great option for men and women—whether it’s younger men with low testosterone or women struggling with sleep, brain fog or memory loss during perimenopause. It’s a painless, easy procedure and it makes a big difference.”

Direct access to the experts

A highlight of the open house was the chance for patients to meet directly with skin care and device reps.

“Normally, you don’t get to sit down with a rep or expert, but our open house gave patients the chance to ask detailed questions,” Douglis said.

This direct access helped guests better understand how treatments work, why certain products are effective and how to get the best results—insight they wouldn’t normally receive in a standard visit.

Join the next open house

The Ear Nose Throat Allergy Sinus & Snoring Center/ Ideal Wellness hosts open houses several times a year, with the next one planned for 4-7 p.m. October 29.

“We usually host four or five open houses annually,” Douglis said. “It’s all about helping people feel better, look better and live healthier, longer.”
