Milestone Church opened its new Argyle campus Aug. 3, bringing a local place of worship to the growing community. The church celebrated with a grand opening event Aug. 17, welcoming residents with activities, worship and opportunities to connect.

The new Argyle campus represents the church’s continued growth and commitment to serving the Dallas-Fort Worth community.

Founded nearly 23 years ago by Pastor Jeff and Brandy Little with just 32 people in Abilene, the church later moved to Keller and now has campuses in McKinney, Haslet and Argyle.

“This is our newest campus, and we’re really excited to celebrate all that God is doing here in Argyle,” Communications Director Hannah Long said. “We want to be a place for anyone, no matter their season of life, to connect with others and ultimately experience Jesus.”

Why Argyle?

Milestone Church’s move to Argyle was driven by both community need and timing. Many members of the church had been commuting from Argyle to attend services at other campuses, navigating traffic that often turned a short drive into a lengthy journey.

“We’ve always had a heart for Argyle,” Long said. “Earlier this year, God opened a door for us to, and the timing felt right to bring a local, life-giving campus to the community.”

With Argyle experiencing rapid growth and more families moving into the area, there was a clear need for a local church where residents could connect and worship.

Grand opening celebration

Milestone Church celebrated the grand opening of its Argyle campus Aug. 17 with a community-focused event. More than 2,700 people from the area attended, making it a lively introduction to the new campus.

The event gave residents an opportunity to meet Campus Pastor Steve Chesnut and his wife, Gabrielle, and connect with church staff and other people in the community. Attendees were able to tour the newly renovated facility, learn about programs for children and youth, and discover ways to get involved in small groups and community activities.

“The turnout was incredible, and it really showed the excitement and support from the Argyle community,” Long said.

Milestone Church Argyle is dedicated not only to fostering faith but also to serving and supporting the local community.

Before the grand opening, the church donated 90 boxes of snacks to local teachers to help address food insecurity among students. Each teacher also received a gift, recognizing the vital role educators play in the community.

“We want to be a blessing to Argyle, helping meet needs where we can and creating opportunities for people to serve and connect with others in meaningful ways,” Long said.
