Sunday brunch is back at Uncork’d Wine Bar and Grill—with a fresh, flavorful mini menu crafted to delight every craving.

Available Sundays from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., the new brunch lineup offers guests a rotating selection of handcrafted dishes made in-house by the chef.

“We wanted to keep it simple but diverse,” owner Cassandra Hernandez said. “There’s something for everyone—whether you’re craving sweet, savory or something light and healthy.”

Since pausing brunch service during the COVID-19 pandemic, the team has heard overwhelming requests to bring it back.

“Guests keep telling us, ‘We remember your brunch; we used to love it,’” Hernandez said. “They’ve been asking for their favorite brunch dishes, so we’re bringing those back on rotation, just like we do with our chef features.”

How Uncork’d got its start

For Hernandez, the Sunday brunch menu is a natural extension of Uncork’d’s roots, which are centered on fresh, made-from-scratch dishes and genuine hospitality.

While Hernandez was working at another restaurant, one of her customers, Mike Baird, noticed her strong work ethic. Impressed, he approached her about partnering on a new venture.

Together with Hernandez’s husband, chef Agustín Hernandez, they opened Uncork’d, focusing on crafting dishes from fresh, quality ingredients to deliver comforting, elevated meals in a warm setting.

“We do everything like someone is watching,” Hernandez said. “Not because anyone actually is, but because that’s the level of care and attention we believe in—it’s how we started, and it’s how we still operate today.”

Uncork’d is more than great food; it’s a warm, inviting space where friends and families gather to relax and celebrate, whether for casual brunch or special occasions.

With its warm decor, attentive service and locally inspired menu, Uncork’d continues to be a favorite destination.

“Our guests tell us they come for the food, but they stay for the vibe,” Hernandez said. “We want everyone who walks in to feel like they’re part of the Uncork’d family.”
