John Svajda, Vice President of Sales, said the homes are designed with families in mind.
“We do a lot of open designs, so the homes are great for entertaining,” he said. “We try to always plan our homes around multigenerational buyers, so if you have elderly parents or grandparents that live with you, you can accommodate them on the first level.”
