Though they no longer own the business, both Kristin and Joseph continue to play key leadership roles. Joseph now serves as the General Manager and licensed HVAC contractor, overseeing operations and ensuring the quality workmanship and integrity the brand is known for. Kristin works as a home comfort designer specializing in replacement heating and air conditioning systems and helping customers find the best comfort solutions for their homes.
