The office is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays for now, and plans to expand hours as the local patient base grows.
“I kept being told that there wasn't anyone in the Montgomery area that could provide the quality of services that we provide,” owner and hearing instrument specialist Cassie Clark said. “I had the opportunity, and we made it happen.”
A personal mission
For Clark, bringing hearing care to Montgomery is an expansion built on passion and rooted in community.
“[Montgomery] is where I live, so to be able to bring our services to my local community is exciting,” Clark said.
The practice provides a wide range of hearing solutions, from hearing aids to both custom and universal hearing protection. Every one of Clark Hearing’s four locations is equipped to deliver these options with a patient-first philosophy.
“We're not here to have a lot of gimmicks,” Clark said. “When you come in, we're gonna help you because we care.”
Examples of the services Clark Hearing provides are as follows:
- Hearing evaluation
- Hearing aid fittings and repairs
- Hearing protection, including earplugs and earmolds
- Specialized hearing protection for hunting, motorsports and music

Consistent, compassionate care
A key part of Clark Hearing’s success is its focus on quality treatment. Staff undergo a rigorous training process to ensure a uniform experience across locations, and the team regularly communicates to stay aligned.
“My goal as a business owner is that when someone says they need to get their ears checked, they’re told to go to Clark Hearing,” Clark said. “We want to be the [business] that people trust and think of whether they need hearing protection or they need to correct their hearing loss.”
Hearing health starts early
The clinic emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss.
“There’s a stigma. People don't want to wear hearing aids because they feel like they’re going to make them old. We always tell them, ‘No, hearing loss is what makes you old,’” Clark said.
To prove this, the practice allows patients to try the hearing aids before they purchase them.
“When [patients] go out into the world and experience the hearing aid, they come back and say, ‘I can't believe how much I was missing out on.’ It wakes them up to the world,” Clark said.
Beyond the disconnect between a patient and their surroundings, hearing loss has a direct impact on brain health.
“The sooner people are aware of their hearing loss, and the sooner they get treatment, the better the results. [This is because] people have to retrain their brain to hear those sounds again. It's all about brain health. The longer people wait when they’re not hearing correctly, the [longer] the brain can't process correctly. Therefore, that leads to cognition issues.”
