Experience elevated townhome living in McKinney with City Park Homes

Sponsored by: City Park Homes

City Park Homes, a well-established Canadian home builder and developer is bringing its upscale approach to townhome living to North Texas, with its first community in McKinney and plans for expansion to Anna.

"City Park Place in McKinney is our debut U.S. location, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring City Park Homes to this vibrant and growing community,” Lena Smith, Vice President of Sales and Marketing said. "The townhomes are designed with families in mind—spacious, elegant homes that provide comfort, convenience and a true sense of belonging."

The grand opening of City Park Place took place in February, officially welcoming prospective buyers to explore the new townhomes priced from the $500,000s-$700,000s.

City Park Place, is located in the southwest corner of McKinney, just north of Hwy. 121, where Plano, Allen, Frisco and McKinney all come together. This prime location offers residents easy access to major highways, making it ideal for those looking for both luxury and convenience.

Luxury living

City Park Place offers townhomes that truly redefine the concept of luxury living. With floor plans up to 2,900 square feet, these townhomes stand out in both size and design. Each home features 8-foot doors on all levels, along with impressive 9 and 10-foot ceilings that create an open and airy feel throughout.

The expansive interiors are complemented by a variety of upscale finishes, including premium flooring, custom cabinetry and high-end countertops, making these townhomes feel more like a luxurious custom-built home rather than a typical townhouse.

Interior design elements include:
  • Hand-laid ceramic tile flooring in all baths and utility rooms
  • High efficiency Rinna tankless hot water heaters for endless hot water
  • Home Automation Controller with Smart Home apps
  • Digital programmable thermostat
  • Kwikset Brushed Nickel or black door hardware throughout the home

The design elements of City Park Homes’ townhomes stand out for their aesthetic appeal and high-quality materials. Two architectural styles are available: a modern farmhouse and a transitional style. Both options feature premium materials such as brick, stone and stucco, ensuring that each home makes a striking impression from the street.

“Our exteriors are something people get excited about,” Smith said. “It’s rare to see buyers torn between which style to choose—both options are stunning.”

Exterior design elements include:
  • 7-foot garage doors with remote control openers and hardware
  • Large covered balconies
  • Fully sodded front and side yard
  • Whole-home seamless aluminum gutters
  • Prolam dimensional shingles

Designed to fit a variety of lifestyles

City Park Place townhomes are thoughtfully designed to accommodate a wide range of homebuyers. With five distinct floor plans, buyers can choose a layout that best suits their needs, whether they need extra bedrooms, a home office or flexible multi-purpose spaces that adapt to their changing lifestyles.

“We know that no two homeowners are the same, which is why we designed our townhomes to be versatile,” Smith said. “Empty nesters need space for kids returning from college, young families can grow without relocating and grandparents have room for visiting grandkids. Our flexible floor plans make it easy to find the right fit.”

Expansion plans in Anna

While McKinney is the debut location, City Park Homes is already planning its next expansion. The company has secured land in Anna, where they intend to develop thousands of single-family homes and townhomes. The first phase of development in Anna is anticipated to open next year, providing even more opportunities for homebuyers seeking spacious, stylish living in North Texas.

Incentives for homebuyers

City Park Homes is also offering an incentive for prospective buyers.

For a limited time, the company is offering 6% seller incentives on the first ten completed townhomes, along with a contingency program to help manage the transition from selling an existing home.
