The Town of Trophy Club is currently hiring for a variety of seasonal and full-time positions, offering residents the opportunity to join a dynamic and community-focused team.

With roles available in summer recreation and public safety, the town is seeking individuals who want to make a difference while working in a supportive and engaging environment.

“We're small, but a mighty team,” Director of Communications and Marketing Jill Lind said. “We all genuinely really love Trophy Club and what this community is about. I think that that's echoed in how we work and how we work together.”

Seasonal opportunities

As the summer season approaches, Lind said Trophy Club is looking to hire lifeguards, pool managers and assistant swim coaches.

These positions offer a fun and engaging summer experience, perfect for high school and college students looking to gain work experience. To support new hires, Trophy Club offers in-house lifeguard certification training for free, making it more accessible for teens looking to get involved.

The Town of Trophy Club is also hiring camp counselors to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Summer Adventure Camp.

“They're in charge of fun and creating a really great experience for kiddos that come to our summer adventure camp,” Recreation Superintendent Madison Seil said. “They will ensure safety, provide activities and make sure campers feel included.”

This role is perfect for individuals who love working with children and enjoy high-energy environments.

Seil said summer employees for the Town of Trophy Club will build friendships in addition to gaining valuable work experience.

“We provide a place that has a really great culture where you're going to make friends and have a good time, but you're also doing important work that helps make an impact in the community,” she said.

Open full-time positions

Beyond seasonal roles, Trophy Club is actively hiring for full-time positions in the police department and other municipal departments. The town’s smaller size—roughly 14,000 residents over four square miles— creates a unique opportunity for public safety personnel to build relationships within the community.

“When officers or firefighters are out on patrol, they know the kids in the neighborhood and often stop to interact with them,” Lind said. “It’s that small-town feel that makes working here special.”

Another benefit of the Town of Trophy Club’s small size is the opportunity for employees to collaborate across departments and more opportunities for recognition.

“We have an employee committee that works really hard to focus on celebrating our employees, and making this a great place to work by doing different activities throughout the year where we can all come together and not be so segmented in the different departments,” Lind said.

Trophy Club also offers competitive benefits for full-time employees, making it an attractive option for those seeking long-term career growth.

For those interested in seasonal jobs, training starts in early May, so applications should be submitted as soon as possible.

"Trophy Club is a place where people don’t just work—they make a difference,” Town Manager Brandon Wright said. “Every role in our organization plays a part in creating a community that residents are proud to call home. If you’re looking for more than just a job and want to be part of something meaningful, Trophy Club is the place to be."
