Anne Vickery’s journey in real estate began over 15 years ago and has since grown into a thriving business that serves the diverse needs of clients in East Montgomery County and beyond.

Anne Vickery and Associates Realty offers a diverse range of properties, but what truly sets them apart is their exceptional blend of expertise, personalized service and deep local knowledge.

“We specialize in a wide range of properties from commercial and residential, to land and industrial. It's this diversity that allows us to meet the unique needs of our clients,” Vickery said. “Unlike a typical brokerage where residential makes up the bulk of business, we focus about 65%-75% on commercial properties."

The journey to founding a brokerage

A key factor in the success of her brokerage is Vickery’s extensive background in construction and real estate. Before founding the company, she spent 20 years in the custom home building business and even ran a commercial masonry business.

“My background allows us to offer a unique advantage to our clients,” Vickery said. “With experience in both commercial and residential properties, we’re able to seamlessly bridge the gap between the two, ensuring we meet every client’s specific requirements, no matter the type of property.”

Vickery’s decision to start her own brokerage stemmed from a desire to offer her clients more than what she could provide at other agencies. After working in real estate for 15 years, she realized that in order to truly serve her clients, she needed to branch out on her own.

“East Montgomery County is where I chose to establish my brokerage. It’s the heart of where my business and properties are concentrated and where we wanted to continue to work on projects that help grow and benefit this community,” Vickery said.

Anne Vickery and Associates Realty now operates across a wide range of counties, including areas as far-reaching as Lamar County in Paris, TX and Galveston County in Hitchcock, TX.

Navigating diverse real estate markets

Vickery and her team expertly handle a diverse range of real estate transactions, tailoring their strategies to meet the unique needs of each property type.

“Every transaction requires a customized plan to ensure that we’re addressing the specific needs and opportunities of that property,” Vickery said. “Unrestricted land, for instance, may present opportunities to convert it into a mixed-use commercial-residential space, which can be a valuable asset for small business owners.”

Vickery’s approach to commercial real estate is equally thorough and precise. She recognizes the importance of staying ahead of market trends, and as a result, she forms strong partnerships with engineers, municipal districts and improvement districts. These collaborations help her stay informed about zoning changes, infrastructure developments, and upcoming projects that could influence her clients’ properties.

This proactive strategy ensures that her clients are always in a position to capitalize on new opportunities before they become widely known.

A client-centered philosophy

At the heart of Anne Vickery and Associates Realty is a commitment to putting clients first.

“Our philosophy is to serve our clients. We believe that success comes from truly understanding and meeting their requirements,” Vickery said.

To ensure the best service, the team takes a strategic, research-driven approach.

“We make it a priority to stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching what’s emerging in the community and collaborating with top engineers, attorneys and other experts to provide our clients with the best possible guidance,” Vickery said.

This commitment ensures clients get accurate, timely advice. Whether purchasing a small home or a multimillion-dollar property, Vickery’s team is there to guide them.

The company’s approach builds lasting relationships. Many clients are repeat customers; a testament to the trust and satisfaction they foster.

As a result of their continued success and growing clientele, Anne Vickery and Associates Realty is outgrowing its current office space and is expanding with a new addition to the back of the building. This expansion will allow the team to better accommodate their growth while maintaining the high level of service their clients have come to expect.
