Wild Fork Foods, the rapidly growing specialty food retailer, has expanded its reach and product range, offering everything from exotic meats to quick and easy meals and desserts. With over 700 products available in-store and online, Wild Fork provides a diverse and high-quality selection to satisfy all kinds of culinary needs, whether it’s a weeknight dinner or a Super Bowl spread.

“We’ve seen incredible growth since we first launched,” Southwest Field Marketing Manager Brittany Holder said. “When first opened, we had around 500 products, and now we offer over 700. We’re always expanding our selection, with new products being introduced on a regular basis.”

New product offerings include:
  • Boneless pork filet bacon wrapped
  • Original Belgian waffles
  • Gluten-free dinner rolls
  • Atlantic salmon portions with Hawaiian bbq
  • Blueberry butter scones with lemon zest
Exotics

The store’s product range spans from everyday staples like steaks and shrimp to more adventurous offerings, such as elk, bison and even kangaroo. Wild Fork’s exotic meats, a highlight for many customers, are not your typical supermarket fare.

"Exotics are things you can't find at your regular grocery store or have to jump through hoops to get,” Holder said. “At Wild Fork, we make it easy to incorporate them into everyday meals. For example, venison in chili is a great way to start with something new without going overboard."

Some of the exotics offered at Wild Fork Foods include:
  • Venison chorizo salami
  • Elk medallions
  • Ground kangaroo
  • Whole duck
  • Alligator tenderloins
Wild Fork has recently introduced two exciting new exotic sausages: a rabbit and white wine sausage, as well as a wild boar with cranberry sausage, offering bold flavors for adventurous eaters.

Expansive product offerings

The selection at Wild Fork extends far beyond proteins, offering an impressive variety of side dishes, appetizers, desserts, and even fresh fruits and vegetables to complement any meal.

For those with a sweet tooth, Wild Fork has introduced Häagen-Dazs ice cream, giving dessert lovers a premium treat that pairs perfectly with their top-tier meats.

But the indulgence doesn’t stop there—Wild Fork has also expanded its offerings to include new items perfect for a charcuterie board, including a range of Italian meats, such as truffle salami, prosciutto and soppressata.

"Even with such a wide range of products, we never compromise on quality," Holder said. "We partner with top-tier suppliers and use blast freezing to preserve the freshness and consistency of every item. This ensures that, no matter what our customers choose, they can always count on the highest quality every time they shop with us."

Game day favorites

For game days like the upcoming Super Bowl, Wild Fork is rolling out special pricing on several crowd favorites, making it an even more appealing destination for anyone planning to host a gathering.

"We’re offering spare ribs at just $1.98 per pound and chipotle barbecue chicken wings at $4.98 per pound," Holder said. "This is a great opportunity for our customers to pick up all their favorite game day foods—whether it's tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs, smokey and flavorful wings or juicy burgers—at prices that won’t break the bank."

Game day favorites include:
  • Angus beef sliders
  • Brisket
  • Argentina Bombon Sausage
  • Baked mac and cheese
  • Classic apple pie
  • Basque burnt cheesecake
