“I was working in management consulting, and my sister, Paula, was a nurse,” Scott said. “We decided that going into business for ourselves would be much more rewarding, so we started shopping around for a company to purchase. We both grew up sewing, and we found a small embroidery business. We thought it would be the perfect business for us.”
Over the years, the company has grown from a local operation into a nationwide provider of custom-branded products, serving a diverse clientele that includes businesses, schools, churches, nonprofits, associations and event organizers.
Logotology’s core services encompass on-site embroidery, laser engraving, screen printing, heat transfers and a wide array of promotional products. By offering these services in-house, the company ensures quality control and quick turnaround times, catering to both local and national clients.

The Logotology difference
What sets Logotology apart is its commitment to personalized service and creative branding solutions.
“Logotology has a showroom where you can meet with our team to brainstorm ideas for your next project, and look at and feel the quality of our garments for your team,” Scott said. “Most of our projects give people that warm fuzzy feeling that makes them feel a part of something larger than themselves. There is a reason everyone wants to get a T-shirt at a concert or is loyal to a brand. They are connected to it and feel a sense of pride to be a part of it—we help with that every day. It’s pretty cool.”
Expanding services and community engagement
Logotology has continued to grow, adding a second location, promotional products to its suite of offerings and golftournament.com, which provides golf-specific promotional items and consulting services. Most recently, they introduced Classroom Apparel, a program dedicated to school uniforms.
Beyond its business endeavors, Logotology plays an active role in the local community.
“Logotology is very involved in the community. We sponsor many of the events that benefit local nonprofits such as the Richardson Symphony, local rotary clubs, chambers of commerce and The Network of Community Ministries,” Scott said. “I am currently chairing the chamber board, and it has been an honor to be a part of such a vibrant community.”

Looking ahead
Throughout its expansion, Logotology has maintained its family-owned ethos, emphasizing personal service and community engagement.
“Seeing how our work impacts people and brings them together makes it all worthwhile,” Scott said.
As Logotology looks to the future, it remains focused on empowering its clients and giving back to the community. The company’s innovative spirit and adaptability continue to shape its success, enabling them to develop creative solutions for evolving branding needs. Whether helping a business stand out or supporting nonprofits, Logotology is committed to leaving a positive and lasting impression.
