MaryAnn Jones Attorney at Law advocates for clients with a personal touch

Sponsored by: MaryAnn Jones Attorney at Law

MaryAnn Jones has built her law practice around a client-centered approach, ensuring individuals receive tailored legal advice and support through what can be a challenging process.

Jones helps individuals with wills, trusts, estate planning, probate and guardianships. Her dedication to direct communication is one aspect of her business that sets her apart from larger firms.

“With a small boutique firm, I make every client a priority, and I offer that one-on-one communication,” Jones said. “I do respond to emails. I do respond to texts and calls. Clients often have a lot of questions. To be able to have an attorney who responds quickly is important, because there's a lot that the average person doesn't know.”

This focus on accessibility is particularly critical during probate, as grieving individuals not only have to cope with the emotional weight of loss but also navigate a complicated legal process.

“I don't want this to be an anxious time for them,” Jones said. “I want to hold their hand and make it as smooth and comforting as possible through this process.”

A significant part of her practice involves educating clients about their options. For instance, she often helps families understand when probate is necessary and how to navigate creditor claims effectively.

“I often meet with clients seeking to update their estate plan and asking me to review their existing documents,” Jones said. “When I ask questions about their current plan, many clients do not understand or know the details of their current estate plan. That’s why I make it a priority to educate my clients. I take the time to explain the various options available, outline the pros and cons of each, and work collaboratively to determine the best course of action that aligns with their goals and addresses their concerns.”

Her passion for service stems from years of observing the challenges clients face without proper guidance. She said that it is difficult to witness families face challenges due to a lack of proper preparation. This is why her law firm emphasizes the importance of planning ahead by implementing safeguards, such as comprehensive powers of attorney and strategic asset management, to secure clients' long-term interests.

Jones also addresses sensitive issues like long-term care planning, guiding families through strategies to preserve their assets while preparing for potential Medicaid needs. She takes a proactive approach, asking clients critical questions to ensure their estate plans align with their goals.

Whether it’s drafting wills, guiding families through probate or creating contingency plans, Jones’ hands-on, empathetic approach sets her apart as an advocate clients can trust. For those seeking legal services rooted in communication and transparency, MaryAnn Jones, Attorney at Law exemplifies what it means to put clients first.

Clients can meet with Jones in person at her office at 2451 W. Grapevine Mills Circle, Ste. 534, Grapevine. Individuals can also schedule a virtual meeting online.
