Caddo Office Reimagined now offering convenient work spaces in North Tarrant County

Caddo Office Reimagined opened its newest coworking space in September in North Tarrant County, providing a practical and community-focused solution for businesses and professionals.

The new facility includes private offices, shared spaces and meeting rooms. Community members have already begun using the space for events.

“We hosted a global entrepreneur week for the Northeast Tarrant Chamber, and that was really successful,” CEO Tim Slaughter said. “We provided a space where entrepreneurs could gather that was convenient and accessible. That was really nice to be able to host that near the community.”

The new space is located at 8376 Davis Blvd., North Richland Hills. This marks Caddo’s ninth location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and its first in Tarrant County.

“The location right there on Davis has proven to be really strong because it is so close to so many homes in North Richland Hills, Keller, Colleyville and Southlake, so it's really easy for people to see and for people to get to,” Slaughter said.

Each area of the coworking space is equipped with essential perks, such as:
  • High-speed internet
  • Access to printers
  • Private, U.S. Postal Service-delivered mailboxes
  • Refrigerators, microwaves and Keurig coffee machines
  • Free conference room credits, included with membership
  • On-site management
Having a coworking space conveniently located within the community helps promote a balance between personal and professional aspects of life.

“More often than not, people would prefer to have some work-life separation and not blend the two together all the time,” Slaughter said. “They're more productive that way, and their relationships are better that way. That's the opportunity Caddo provides: being an affordable option near their home, but not in their home.”

The North Tarrant County location includes an increased number of private phone booths, with four compared to the usual two at other sites. Slaughter explained that this enhancement provides members with a convenient and quiet space for private or Zoom calls.

“The conference rooms are really nice, and they're getting a lot of use from the community,” Slaughter said.

Membership options are flexible, catering to both individuals seeking occasional use and businesses needing a long-term base of operations.

Caddo offers three day office rental plans to suit different needs:
  • Day Membership: For $60 a day, members can access a fully furnished, private office—ideal for busy days filled with Zoom calls or when a project requires focused attention.
  • Social Membership: At $299 per month, this plan includes access to common areas and conference rooms, perfect for those seeking a place to work outside their home and connect with other professionals.
  • Office Membership: Starting at $549 per month, this plan is ideal for individuals or companies planning to use the space daily. Unlike traditional leases, Caddo does not require long-term commitments.
“The Office Membership is the most popular because it's the substitute for the home office,” Slaughter said.

The coworking space also features easy access to nearby restaurants and shops, enhancing convenience for its members, as well as promoting economic growth.

All three types of membership at Caddo Office reimagined are available now. To learn more, visit www.caddooffices.com.
