Pavillion Bank has been serving the Richardson community for over four decades, providing a personalized approach to banking that emphasizes trust and relationships.

Whether customers are managing personal finances or running a business, Pavillion Bank offers a variety of services tailored to meet their needs. The bank offers checking and savings accounts, CDs, IRAs, and personal and business loans.

At the heart of Pavillion Bank’s success is its dedication to relationships. Many customers have been with the bank since its inception, including the bank’s first CEO, who remains a client today.

“Pavillion has served the Richardson community since 1983 and has a long-tenured client base and a long-tenured staff,” President and CEO Brad Rejebian said. “It's a unique place in today's world of banking. You can come into the bank and everybody knows who you are.”

Although many customers prefer to utilize the bank’s services in person, Pavillion Bank also makes convenience a priority with tools like online and mobile banking, bill pay, remote deposit and eStatements.

“A lot of younger people are moving in, taking smaller houses and redoing them and taking advantage of the great school district in Richardson ISD and raising their kids here, so we need to be able to reach that younger audience,” Rejebian said.

In addition to long customer relationships, Pavillion Bank’s staff has an average tenure of nearly 20 years. Operating with a small but experienced team of 20, the bank prides itself on a culture of teamwork and adaptability. Rejebian said employees wear many hats, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and personally.

“These folks are like a family and they really support each other,” Rejebian said. “That's a breath of fresh air. Nobody's looking to outdo somebody else. They understand that the goal is to help the bank grow and meet the needs of our clients, and they all push towards that one direction. It's phenomenal.”

Pavillion Bank is deeply intertwined with Richardson’s growth. By offering loans to small business owners, the bank is directly contributing to the financial success of the community.

“The core economic engine that runs the business market in our community is based with community banks,” Rejebian said. “It’s vital that community banks not only survive, but they thrive. If the deposits leave the community banks, they can't turn around and loan it to the small business to help the business grow and build communities, so we really need community banks to thrive and excel at what they do.”

Beyond banking, Pavillion Bank actively supports community initiatives. Recent efforts include rejoining the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, engaging with the University of Texas at Dallas through the School of Management Advisory Council, and partnering with Richardson ISD to support schools and booster clubs. In addition, the bank supports local food drives during Thanksgiving and is currently running a toy drive for Christmas, supporting Network Ministries in Richardson. These initiatives highlight Pavillion Bank’s dedication to fostering local connections.

With competitive rates and a commitment to exceptional customer service, Pavillion Bank is dedicated to helping families and businesses in Richardson thrive.

Pavillion Bank is located at 1200 W. Campbell Road, Richardson. To learn more about how they can meet your banking needs, visit their website at www.pavillionbank.com.
