This holiday season, Trinity Falls will once again transform into a festive wonderland with the highly anticipated Tour of Trees 2024.

This annual event offers a unique opportunity for families and homebuyers alike to tour beautifully decorated model homes while celebrating the holiday season.

“It's a great way for people to come out to the community and bond over the celebration of the holidays, and also get a chance to tour our model homes,” Director of Marketing for Johnson Development C’Ella Clayton said.

One of the highlights of the event is the annual photo contest. Last year, more than 200 families entered by taking photos in front of their favorite trees, a tradition that continues this year. Visitors can capture family moments, with the chance to win a $500 Amazon gift card for the best-themed photo.

Antionette Boston, who specializes in decorating Christmas trees, has 10 unique trees planned, including a Dallas Stars tree, “Minions” movie-inspired tree, an Elf on the Shelf tree and the Honey Bee Haven tree, a collaboration with former “Real Housewives of Dallas” star D'Andra Simmons.

Boston is also bringing back some fan-favorite trees, such as the Touch of Tiffany Elegance tree. She said this ornate tree is easily recognizable with its signature Robin’s egg blue decorations.

“We try to be intentional about doing themes that are easily recognizable and that will resonate with the children, the adults. ... There's going to be something there for everybody to enjoy,” Boston said.

New model homes from builders, such as Highland Homes and Del Webb, will also be on display, offering visitors a peek into the latest designs and trends in the housing market. When touring a home, many individuals imagine where they would put their Christmas tree and picture celebrating with their family. For prospective homebuyers, the Tour of Trees offers an opportunity to envision themselves in a Trinity Falls home during the holidays.

As the Tour of Trees continues to grow in popularity, the event remains free to attend, though attendees are encouraged to RSVP to help the Trinity Falls team prepare for the event.
