A new amenity center has quickly become the hub for Caldwell’s premier 55-plus community, Chambers Creek in Willis. Perched on the highest point of the property, this new clubhouse, aptly named “The Summit”, adds more amenities to Chambers Creek’s impressive line-up.

Chambers Creek is a gated active adult community built for those 55 and better offering a unique wellness-focused lifestyle with resort-style amenities. The community boasts a variety of homebuilders and full-time Lifestyle Director that provides an unparalleled living experience for residents.

“Chambers Creek is on par with other top active adult communities across the nation,” Chief Marketing Officer Jennifer Symons said. “It has incredible amenities and tons of resident activities, but the beautiful topography, rolling hills and 20-mile-views from the Summit are what really set this community apart.

The new Summit amenity center is designed to be the heartbeat of the community and pinnacle of daily resident life. Residents can work out with a personal trainer in the fitness center, join a friend for a yoga class in the movement studio, play games in The Hive flex room, or grab a bite to eat after golf in Jerry’s Café. The large covered patio and back deck offers panoramic sunset views amidst an outdoor firepit, lawn games, outdoor greenspace with music and rocking chairs to unwind at the end of the day.

“Seeing residents grab a latte from Jerry’s Café or join a neighbor for dinner has been really special. Our goal is to build amenities that bring people together, so watching The Summit come to life as this incredible gathering space has been a joy,” Symons said. “Our amazing residents truly are the key ingredient that makes Chambers Creek such a special place to live.”

Other amenities in the community include over 20 miles of hiking and biking trails, a lake for fishing, two vineyards, pickleball and tennis courts, a Tom Lehman designed golf course, 18-hole putting green, private marina with access to Lake Conroe, and a resort-style pool that will be opening next spring. The community also offers new homes by eight premier active-adult builders, which allows each resident to choose a floorplan that best suits their lifestyle.

Chambers Creek currently offers programs that allow interested residents to come by for the day and experience all that the community has to offer. Guests are encouraged to visit the welcome center in The Summit to learn more about the Chambers Creek lifestyle or call 936-585-8025 to schedule a golf cart tour. A model home park with nine models by premier active-adult builders is also open daily. Explore more about the best in 55-plus living here.
