Oasis Auto Spa opened last June and is locally owned by Frank and Bobbie Brooks. Located at 5001 Collin McKinney Parkway in McKinney, the business offers varying levels of car washes and services designed to create a luxurious, relaxing experience.
The idea for the business came from the Brooks’ noticing a gap in the market and wanting to combine that with their love of cars.
“Cars are an extension of everyone's personality, they are essential in today's world and are the second most expensive purchase that most people make in their lifetimes,” Bobbie said. “We noticed that the car wash industry had moved towards a self-service, express model where the customer does most of the hard work. We wanted to change that paradigm and bring back true customer service with a smile. We wanted to create a car wash with a spa-like feel, a true Oasis in the city.”
Customers can choose between a full-service wash or an express wash. There are also three levels of cleaning depending on the price point. Customers can choose to get a quick wash and go, or can add additional treatments such as hot wax or ceramic with graphene to provide added protection and spa-like shine.

“We invested in the top-of-the-line, most technologically advanced equipment, and we recycle 90% of water used to ensure we are good stewards of our environment,” Brooks said. “From the very beginning, we have eliminated that anxiety of any damage to your car, and we truly glide you into the tunnel.”
Oasis Auto Spa can service any kind of vehicle, including previously excluded ones, such as Tesla’s, luxury cars and even oversized dually trucks. Premium amenities, such as free vacuum stations, a private dog wash and a luxury lounge are also available.
“Our greatest reward is that we have genuinely gotten to know a lot of our customers by name; our customers are our neighbors. We truly feel like we are enmeshed in the community,” Brooks said. “We see people with a little pep in their step when they leave. You always feel better when your car is clean.”
