Homewatch CareGivers of Austin is changing the way nonmedical, in-home care services are delivered by emphasizing personalization, accessibility and community support.

The franchise has locations across the U.S., the local owners Maresha and Imo Eshiet serve individuals in Austin, Cedar Park, Leander and surrounding areas. Homewatch Caregivers specializes in enhancing the quality of life for their clients through a comprehensive range of services. From assisting with daily living activities (ADLs/IADLs) such as dressing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and errands, to providing companionship and specialized support for chronic conditions, to ensure every need is met with a personal touch.

Additionally, they focus on supporting their caregivers, equipping them to deliver the best possible care within our community. Their team of trained, vetted, and insured professional caregivers is committed to bringing exceptional care to your home.

“We provide amazing and exceptional care to those who are in need, so we want to get the word out there that we are available,” Imo Eshiet said.

One aspect of the business that makes Homewatch CareGivers stand out is the level of personalization they offer.

“We build out a very detailed care plan where we go over [the client’s] emotional, medical and daily needs, and we match them with a caregiver,” Maresha Eshiet said. “We're available 24/7, 365 days a year. Whenever our clients call us, we're there to pick up, we're there to help provide that resolution. A lot of the time when family members are reaching out for in-home care for the first time, it’s kind of an emergency situation; maybe their loved one has fallen and needs someone there. So we are able to step in and provide respite for those families.”

Homewatch CareGivers' staff provides care for individuals with various chronic conditions, such as cancer, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and dementia. Caregivers provide medication reminders, support with therapies (PT, OT, SP), assist with daily tasks, offer fall prevention support, dietary assistance, and ensure comfort and safety at home.

The team at Homewatch CareGivers coordinates with the community and other healthcare providers when more care for your loved one is needed. Dedicated to being a one-stop shop for your family needs, they ensure comprehensive support and seamless collaboration of services.

Homewatch CareGivers' services are not limited to the elderly or those with chronic conditions. Their team also assists individuals recovering from surgery, dealing with postpartum challenges or living with disabilities.

“We can provide care for people of any age,” Imo Eshiet said. “As long as someone needs care, we're there to help.”

Recognizing the emotional and logistical challenges families face when arranging in-home care, Homewatch CareGivers offers complimentary in-home consultations. The team’s goal is to help families to feel comfortable and well-informed before making decisions.

In addition to their direct services, Homewatch CareGivers connects families with other community resources, such as AGE of Central Texas, ACES, Oasis Senior Advisors, Alzheimer's Association, and more. Their goal is to provide education and the right resources to those they serve, ensuring a comprehensive support network.

For more information about Homewatch CareGivers and the services they offer, visit their website or contact them for a free consultation. Whether for assistance with daily tasks or recovery from surgery, Homewatch CareGivers is here to help.
