This fall, small business owners in North Richland Hills, Keller, and Colleyville can look forward to a new coworking space designed to enhance their productivity and work-life balance.

Caddo Office Reimagined is set to open its newest location on September 1 at 8376 Davis Blvd., North Richland Hills. This marks Caddo’s ninth location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and its first in Tarrant County. The company offers flexible office solutions for individuals seeking the convenience of working near home with the professional environment of a traditional office.

Supporting local economic growth and well-being

Tim Slaughter, CEO of Caddo Office Reimagined, said conveniently located office spaces are important for both community economic development and professional well-being.

“When people stay within their local suburban community, they're going to spend more dollars locally—on lunch, happy hours, shopping, hair appointments, and more,” Slaughter said. “For our members, there's also a real mental health benefit to being close to home.”

Slaughter said one member recently shared that having a Caddo office just seven minutes from home helps balance work and family time.

“The member said, ‘Sometimes I need peace and quiet on a Saturday morning to knock out a few things for work, so I drive to Caddo... and by the time the kids are up, I'm back home,’” Slaughter said.

Exclusive perks at the North Tarrant location

Situated in front of B&B Theater, the new North Tarrant location offers numerous perks for its members, including:
  • Free, surface-level parking
  • Fast, fiber internet from two separate sources
  • Members-only conference rooms, bookable at all nine DFW locations
  • 24-hour access via the Caddo app
  • Private, USPS-delivered mailboxes
  • Refrigerators, microwaves, and Keurig coffee machines
  • On-site management
  • Furnished and business-ready suites available
Tailored membership plans

Caddo offers three membership plans to suit different needs:

Day Membership: For $60 a day, members can access a fully furnished, private office—ideal for busy days filled with Zoom calls or when a project requires focused attention.

“If you have a bunch of Zoom or Google Meet calls, or need to make progress on a project, this is a great option,” Slaughter said.

Social Membership: At $299 per month, this plan includes access to common areas and conference rooms, perfect for those seeking a place to work outside their home and connect with other professionals.

“Most people in the neighborhoods we serve have space for a home office, but prefer not to work there because we're all social creatures who need contact with other humans,” Slaughter said.

Office Membership: Starting at $549 per month, this plan is ideal for individuals or companies planning to use the space daily. Unlike traditional leases, Caddo does not require long-term commitments.

“Our members only need to give 60 days notice when they’re ready to leave—we don’t have lease terms,” said Slaughter. “No one’s locked in, which suits small business owners facing uncertainty.”

To celebrate the new North Tarrant County location, Caddo is offering a Founder’s Special on the first 40 office units—20% off for the first year.

“We already offer competitive pricing for small businesses to have an office with us, and this additional 20% discount makes it an even better deal,” Slaughter said. “Members who have taken advantage of this offer in the past tend to stay for a long time.”
