Founded by Trademark Property Company in 2004, Market Street is a specialty mixed-use shopping, dining and entertainment development located at 9595 Six Pines Drive. Anchored by H-E-B, the property is around half a million square feet and features a mix of high-end shopping and dining and serves as an event space. Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is across the street, giving visitors access to concerts.
“We like to refer to ourselves as the heart of The Woodlands,” General Manager Jenny Taylor said. “We're a feel-good vibe with upscale shopping. More importantly, we're the place where the magic happens.”
Market Street strikes a fine balance between mid- and high-end dining and retail, while also providing a greenspace in the form of Central Park, where families can relax after a day of shopping.
Tenants include:
- Alo Yoga
- Crumbl Cookies
- Gucci
- J. Crew
- Kendra Scott
- Louis Vuitton
- Lululemon Athletica
- Mastro’s Ocean Club
- Rolex
- Sixty Vines
- Tecovas
- The Audrey Restaurant & Bar
- Tommy Bahama’s Restaurant, Bar & Store
- Warby Parker
But Market Street wasn’t always like this; the development has evolved over the past 20 years, with a hotel added and businesses coming and going. It underwent renovations in 2019 to help adapt to the current times.
To celebrate the changes the development has gone through, Market Street is planning events toward the end of the year that have yet to be announced. As developers at Market Street look towards the future, they anticipate continuing to keep up a mix of retailers and adding in new ones. Curious about what new retailers might be coming soon? Taylor said when retailers start being moved around the center, visitors can anticipate new tenants being announced.
“We're the kind of place you tell out-of-town friends they must visit when they're here for the first time,” Taylor remarked. “Market Street is more than just a shopping center; it's a place where memories are made.”
