Rock & Brews is more than a restaurant: it’s an experience. With the iconic guitar handle and a 360-degree rock & roll dining experience, guests of all ages will enjoy colorful concert lighting, music videos displayed on television screens throughout the restaurant, and live music on the weekends from local musicians.

The restaurant was founded in 2010 by KISS members Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons and concert tour promoters Dave and Dell Furano. Rock & Brews has locations in five states, with three in Texas: The Colony, San Antonio, and Grapevine, which opens early July.

Although Rock & Brews was born out of a love for rock & roll, Chief Financial Officer Corey Hingson said the restaurant is welcoming to fans of all genres.

“It really is just a great, lively atmosphere,” Hingson said. “We offer unbelievable American cuisine, great service, tasty cocktails, 48 beers on tap and we are the ideal spot to watch your favorite sports team on our 75” TV screens. We also have an incredible selection of fine bourbon and tequila.”

With over 9,000 square feet of dining space, Rock & Brews is the perfect place to host watch parties for sporting events, large family and corporate gatherings, youth teams and rehearsal dinners.

Hingson said many guests are surprised when they open the vinyl-shaped menu to find more than typical bar food.

“Everyone can find something to eat on the menu,” Hingson said. “All menu options are chef curated and handcrafted with the best ingredients.”

Must-try menu items include:
  • Sgt. Pepper’s Jalapeno Poppers
  • Strawberry Fields Salad, featuring baby greens topped with strawberries, avocado, cucumbers, red onions, candied walnuts, feta cheese and a tangy lemon pepper vinaigrette
  • BBQ Trio, which includes BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Grill BBQ Wings, and Pulled Pork
  • Iron Skillet Blackened Redfish with bourbon street crawfish sauce
  • Birria Beef Dip Sandwich made with slow-cooked birria Beef, a ciabatta roll with Chihuahua Cheese, thinly-sliced yellow onions, flash fried-jalapenos and a side of Birria Consommé for dipping
Rock & Brews also offers $12 Lunch Specials during the week with tasty and healthy options. A few of the best sellers include Roasted Cream Chicken and Mojo Pulled Pork Bowls and the Smash Burger.

For the guest with a sweet tooth, Rock & Brews dessert options include a new S’mores Dip and its famous Purple Rain Drops, which are hand rolled Beignet-style pastries filled with chocolate chips topped with a drizzle of raspberry sauce and powdered sugar.

Rock & Brews also has an extensive selection of signature and memorable cocktails called ‘Rocktails.’

Popular drinks include:
  • Rockin’ House Margarita: available in classic, strawberry, raspberry, or mango
  • Smoke on the Water: Western Son vodka, Western Son peach vodka, Bacardi spiced rum, fresh citrus juices, and grenadine
  • Smoked Bourbon Old Fashioned Rock & Roll: Buffalo Trace bourbon, simple syrup, Angostura bitters, Amarena Toschi black cherries and an orange peel
  • Bee’s G’s Knees: Beefeater gin, fresh blackberries, blueberries, basil, honey, lemon juice and aquafaba topped off with a bubble that smokes when it popped
With its new Grapevine location, scheduled to open early July at 520 W. State Highway 114, Hingson said he is excited about the expansion.

“Everyone has welcomed us with open arms,” Hingson said. “Grapevine is such a great community with wonderful traditions. We’re thrilled to participate in this year’s Main Street Fest and cannot wait to experience GrapeFest and the Parade of Lights in the Christmas Capital of the World.”

The Rock & Brews staff is excited to bring its unique menu and signature rock & roll style to the Grapevine community. To learn more about Rock & Brews, including upcoming events and live music schedule, visit its website, Facebook and Instagram pages.
