Alpha Exteriors has been providing quality roofing services to families and businesses in the Dallas Fort-Worth area for over a decade.

The family-owned business was founded by Jesse Romero, Kristen Romero and Mitch Deskis. Alpha Exteriors has become a trusted name in the industry, prioritizing transparency and client education.

Alpha Exteriors offers:
  • residential roofing
  • commercial roofing
  • commercial roof coatings
  • metal roof installation and repair
  • roof restoration
  • storm damage roof repair
The team members at Alpha Exteriors are insurance experts, so homeowners can have peace of mind when working with them to assess storm damage.

“Because of how long Jesse and Mitch have been doing this, they do stand out as insurance experts in the industry, which is very beneficial for homeowners,” Kristen Romero said. “I don't think most homeowners realize how valuable that is, because they assume their insurance is going to pay a certain amount and then that's it. But [Alpha Exteriors] is able to identify damaged things on the property that the insurance usually overlooks.”

Alpha Exteriors goes above and beyond to educate customers about their roofing needs, guiding them through the insurance process and advocating for their best interests.

“First and foremost, our biggest thing is that we want to be completely transparent with the homeowner,” Kristen Romero said. “We're genuinely not out to make a sale. We're out to build the relationship...getting to know them and their families is really important for us.”

Another aspect of the business that sets it apart from others is its commitment to its company values.

“We exhibit integrity in our words and actions,” Deskis said. “We are client-focused. We are always learning and growing. We practice humility, loyalty to ourselves, our teammates, our projects and the success of the company, and we take ownership of our actions.”

A common misconception among homeowners is that it’s beneficial to get multiple estimates for roofing projects. Alpha Exteriors emphasizes the importance of prioritizing quality and experience over cost.

“They're typically going to go with the lowest price estimate, but at the end of the day, what that means is they're getting the lowest-price contractor and lowest-priced materials,” Kristen Romero said. “Having a contractor come out who specializes in storm damage and is able to identify not only damages on the roof, but collateral damage, is going to work directly with the insurance and get all of those expenses covered for the homeowner.”

Homeowners might expect a roofing company to suggest a roof replacement before it’s necessary, but Alpha Exteriors’ philosophy is all about extending the life of a client’s current roof.

“That couldn't be further from the truth when it comes to us,” Deskis said. “We're trying to help prolong the roofing system.”

Alpha Exteriors is located at 255 S. Denton Tap Road, Ste. 240, Coppell. To learn more about Alpha Exteriors, visit its website or call 214-444-8209.
