Inspire Communities redefines affordable luxury with Rockrose Ranch at Lake Conroe lifestyle housing development

A new lifestyle housing development by Inspire Communities meshes an active lifestyle with high-end amenities and affordable homes.

Rockrose Ranch at Lake Conroe, which opened last March, is one of Houston's newest master-planned communities with new era manufactured housing. Rockrose Ranch is located off I-45 at 11848 Calvary Road, Willis just two miles from Lake Conroe. The homes are built to the same energy efficiency and structural standards as traditional stick-built homes, but are at an exceptional price point starting at $89,900.

“Homes are built by leading manufacturers such as Clayton Homes, Oak Creek Homes and Champion Homes. They have modern quality finishes such as dual sinks in the primary bathroom along with open concept kitchens, vaulted ceilings and wonderful natural light throughout,” marketing leader Heidi Loftin said.

The community is multi-generational with a gated 55-plus Homestead Village and Creekside Village all-ages living which is a perfect spot for a first-time home buyer, young family or someone downsizing.

Inspire Communities built all the infrastructure and anticipates the completion of the amenities by the fall. It also handles general maintenance and has a full-time staff onsite to help residents and plan events. A Lifestyle Director will be added as the community grows. Members of the 55-plus community can experience Rockrose Ranch living through the ‘Try Before You Buy’ rental program with homes starting at $1,599 per month.

All residents enjoy a dog-friendly community, walking trails, extensive playground, resort-style pool, grand event lawn, fire pits and rolling hills. The members of the Homestead 55-plus gated community can take advantage of the heated lap pool, bocce ball and pickleball courts, and Farmhouse Amenity Center containing a fitness center, arts and crafts studio and yoga room.

Lifestyle communities offer the chance to socialize with neighbors, share in activities, develop common interests and allow young families and grandparents to live in the same community.

“Each month our on-site team plans events for the residents that can range from a resident luncheon to resident-led book club or walking groups,” Senior Marketing Coordinator Katherine Smith said. “Now that more residents are starting to join the community, it's really fun to see the lifestyle grow here. That is one of the main draws of Rockrose Ranch for the customers.”

Rockrose Ranch at Lake Conroe is zoned to Willis ISD. Once the community is fully built out, there will be around 700 homes and there are currently many model homes customers can tour.

“We really want to change the paradigm of affordable lifestyle housing,” Loftin said. “What we've seen from the competition is that no one has the amenities or lifestyle you can find at Rockrose Ranch for the quality and price. People think that manufactured homes are just the old mobile home parks but the industry has evolved tremendously.”

Interested in touring the community at Rockrose Ranch and seeing the homes available for sale or the Try Before You Buy rental program? Stop by anytime during the week or schedule a tour on the website as the team is onsite daily.
